Dear Chef,
It is the first time I faced the guest complain in my life . I am really sorry about this mistake which happened at beer garden live kitchen yesterday. Actually ,I had well boiled the soup and kept in very low fire . Because last time I kept in high fire but the soup was burnt and had black on the bottom of soup pot. So , I had kept the soup in low fire .Unfotunately ,such type of complain happened yesterday. Similarly,as you know that I am unable to taste this soup due to my religion and family custom.No doubt that it is my responsibility to serve the food of well temperature and make the customer satisfy. I assure you that in the future I will be more careful about such type of case.

Guest complain clearification later at Beer Garden

I thought it would have never happened. But as gods wish or devils wish it happened. The moment was the worst time in my life. What didn't I do for you? Many nights I spent in your thoughts,My eyes used to be wet when I saw you sad. I really love you. You used to say our relation is for ever, but don't talk about another life, I can't get you in my single life.
That's not your fault, I forgot my reality, I was dust and trying to get stars, which twinkle on the sky which was impossible. I was in dream thanks for you that you wake me up from dream. You really made me known my reality that I am here. I was not able for any one, specially not for you, I request you, how you break my heart please don't do for any one else. Now my life is going to spend in your remembrance. You stay happily what you need my god will full fill and all the tears and sorrows, if you have please give it to me. If I knew when I cry you will get smile then I am ready to cry all my life. If you be happy then I will die in every moment of my life. Your remembrance doesn't give me to survive and do something. How much I cried I can't express you.
You stay happy in every steps of your life. Every day I pray for you, you are not with me but your sweet remembrance is always with me. Now I will stay rest of my life with this remembrance. Forgive me please that I can't be able for you. Now I will try to be able for you in next life...:(
